We were disappointed at this Marriott location. I have stayed over 900 nights at Marriott properties and this one was sub par. Another Marriott owner charging for an unnecessary parking fee. TV didn't work in the main living room. They did try to contact the TV service provided to reset the signal but it didn't help. Couch a bit worn.

We liked this location due to its proximity to the water park and Galleria Mall. It is a little used but clean. Our biggest frustration was the lock on our door. They have a manuel deadbolt lock setting and if it’s on, the door will not shut or open correctly.

I stayed here in February and loved it. This visit was a little disappointing. The room smelled like burned food. The people upstairs were banging stuff around for hours. But location and staff are great.

All-in-all Have always love the Marriott Residence Inn. Clean and equipped for home like stay. I would avoid the indoor pool area as the chlorine levels were so high, it burnt my eyes going to the inside as there isn't much ventilation. The pull-out couch is a no go as the mattress is very worn and you can fill the springs :) . The food is just okay; lots of sausages and biscuits cereal, packaged muffins. OJ very watery. Location is good and we had an ant issue in our kitchen which kept us from using it.

Staff is unfriendly, look like they hate their jobs and you have to pull teeth even to get the gold member benefits. No soap in the room, no bath gel in the showers. This hotel and the managers don’t give a sh*t if you stay here or don’t. There’s other better options out there save your money

We stayed for a week while my son was in treatment at near by clinic. It was a great spot, close to so much! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
